02 · About Sangita

Entrepreneur, breathwork facilitator, happiness enthusiast.

Sangita Kanoria is a healthcare and real estate entrepreneur and co-founder of Advinia Healthcare, which has grown over nearly three decades from a single home in Barnet to a network of 36 care homes across the UK, specialising in dementia care. Through this work, she has spent decades closely observing the human mind, resilience, and what truly matters in life.

Alongside her entrepreneurial journey, she is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, manifesting coach, happiness enthusiast and a dedicated practitioner of the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda. Her work is grounded in consistently applying these practices in her own daily life, and sharing practices she has experienced to be deeply transformative.

Her work centres on the belief that happiness is a conscious choice, offering a practical toolkit for balancing the inner and outer world, helping people cultivate clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of joy in the moments of everyday life.

Together, they hold the retreat as a laboratory, disciplined, warm, and quietly transformative.
